Request our application form any time. You will be asked to include the birth certificate, report cards of prior schools and a $200 application fee.

For students grade 1 or higher: Schedule an interview with the child and parent(s)/guardian(s). The application has to be submitted two days prior to the interview. Please request an appointment from the admissions team. Prior knowledge of German is not a pre-requisite for admissions K-2. Students with strong academic records can be admitted without German language into grades 3 and higher.

For students grade K (Kindergarten) or Preschool: (ages 2, 3 & 4): We offer multiple dates for open format playdates for small groups of applicants ages 1-6. The playdates are typically on Tuesday, Thursday or Friday afternoons at 4PM.

Acceptance letters of preferred admissions are sent out starting December 1st. Families sign the school contract and pay the first installment to reserve a spot (first come first serve).

For the current school year GSM is offering rolling admissions for our international families.

For the 2026-27 admissions season, our team will be accepting applications in two cycles.

Our Early Admissions Cycle is reserved for siblings of current students and students from one of our partner schools.

For our Regular Admissions Cycle we are accepting applications across all grades. The dates are:
